• Die Development and Injection

    Die Development and Injection

Precision wax patterns are produced using engineered die and assembled into wax trees. This stage ensures accurate geometry, consistent dimensions and reliable pattern quality for shell building.

  • Shell Coating

    Shell Coating

Wax trees are repeatedly coated with controlled ceramic slurry and refractory materials to form a strong, uniform shell. Proper layer control provides dimensional stability and casting integrity.

  • Shell Dewaxing

    Shell Dewaxing

The ceramic shell undergoes controlled dewaxing to remove the wax pattern and create the required cavity. Proper preparation ensures clean moulds and reliable conditions for metal casting.

  • Melting & Pouring

    Melting & Pouring

Selected alloys are melted under controlled conditions and poured into preheated ceramic shells. Controlled temperature and pouring parameters help achieve sound castings with consistent metallurgical quality.

  • Heat Treatment

    Heat Treatment

Cast components are heat treated according to material specifications and customer requirements. Controlled thermal cycles help achieve the required mechanical properties, hardness, strength and durability.

  • Knock out & Fettling

    Knock out & Fettling

After casting, gates, runners and excess material are carefully removed through fettling operations. Controlled finishing restores the required geometry and prepares components for inspection or machining.

  • Casting Inspection

    Casting Inspection

Castings undergo systematic visual, dimensional and quality inspections to verify conformity with drawings and specifications. Inspection helps identify surface defects and dimensional deviations before further processing.

  • Precision Machining

    Precision Machining

Precision machining is performed to achieve specified dimensions, tolerances and functional features. Numeric control-based operations provide consistent accuracy and repeatability for components requiring close dimensional control.

  • Final Inspection & Quality Release

    Final Inspection & Quality Release

Completed components undergo final dimensional, visual and quality verification against approved drawings and customer requirements. Only conforming components are released for packing and dispatch.
