Our Shop have a modern equipped for Investment Casting and machining manufacturing facility designed to produce high-quality ferrous and non-ferrous components with good accuracy and consistency. Our facility is have a modern infrastructure and systematic workflows, QMS, 5S and Kaizen that can support every stage of the process, from wax pattern preparation to Dispatch finish goods.
The manufacturing setup includes dedicated sections for wax preparation, Wax injection press, Shell making, Dewaxing, Melting and Pouring, Heat treatment, Fettling, Grinding and Machining, Surface Preparation and material integrity. Each process is controlled and ensure by accuracy according to control plan, our facility and team can handle intricate geometries and varying component sizes, with vast range of weights.
To maintaining quality standards e.g. (IS,ASTM,ASME,ANSI,JIS,EN,GOST,BS) all operations are supported by in-house testing and inspection facilities such as Spectrometers, Hardness testing, Tensile testing, Impact testing, Hydro testing and Microstructure analysis, NDT (RT, MPI, UTI), Corrosion test. These facilities help ensure compliance with material specifications and performance requirements. our facilities are built to deliver reliable, export-quality components for diverse industrial applications.
